Anytime I try to open a web page that has a separate window in the middle (like the new version of a pop-up), it seems that the edges are cut off. It happens a little when I am trying to upload pictures on Facebook or fill out contact forms on other websites. **The first 2 answers are not what I asked! I don't want to disable popups, I want to be able to view them! These are not spyware or ads, they are the actual webpages themselves that I am trying to view.
